-
The mobility equipment is the property of American Medical Equipment and is in good condition. -
American Medical Equipment shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to property left, lost, damaged, stolen, stored, or transported by the renter, their agents, servants, employees, or any other person using the mobility equipment, either before or after its return to American Medical Equipment. The renter assumes all risks of such loss or damage and waives all claims against American Medical Equipment. The renter agrees to hold American Medical Equipment harmless and indemnify it against all claims arising from such loss or damage.
-
Renter assumes all risk and liability for any loss, damage, or injury, including death, to persons or property of the renter or others arising out of the use, operation, or driving of the mobility equipment.
